When we choose tools, techniques, or equipment, we ask one simple question:
If a cat suddenly startles or reaches their limit, does this method still protect them?
If the answer is no, we look for a better way.
This philosophy has shaped every part of our care model. We don’t rely on fixed grooming loops. We don’t leave cats unattended in heated drying systems. We use a dedicated handler so the cat’s body remains continuously supported while the lead groomer focuses entirely on safe, precise coat work.
Many of our cats are seniors, have arthritis, heart disease, respiratory conditions, mobility limitations, or arrive with significant matting. These cats deserve a grooming system designed around their realities—not one that assumes they will remain perfectly still.
Safety isn’t something we hope for.
