Cats in the City does not provide refunds or credits for unused boarding days when a reservation ends earlier than originally scheduled.
When a reservation is accepted, housing, staffing, and care resources are reserved specifically for your cat for the duration of the scheduled stay.
That room is removed from availability and cannot typically be rebooked on short notice if travel plans change.
Because of this, boarding fees are based on the reservation dates that were reserved rather than the actual number of days used.

If you anticipate returning earlier or later than planned, please notify our team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate scheduling changes when space allows, refunds or credits are not available for early departures.
