Do You Have Specific Check-In and Check-Out Times?
Yes.
To ensure a smooth experience for both cats and guardians, all boarding arrivals and departures occur during designated check-in and check-out windows.
Appointments are required.
Boarding Check-In & Check-Out Hours
Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
3:00 PM – 4:45 PM
(By appointment)
Saturday & Sunday
10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(By appointment)
Why Are Appointments Required?
Cats in the City is not a drop-in boarding facility.
Check-ins and check-outs are scheduled so our team can:
- Review medications and care instructions
- Confirm feeding plans and special needs
- Answer questions
- Help cats transition comfortably into their accommodations
- Maintain predictable care routines throughout the day
Scheduled appointments also help minimize unnecessary disruption for boarding guests already in our care.
After-Hours Appointments
When available, after-hours check-in or check-out appointments may be arranged for an additional fee.
After-Hours Appointment Fee
$75 per appointment
After-hours availability is limited and must be approved in advance.
Important: Please Arrive On Time
Punctuality is especially important for after-hours appointments.
Our team schedules staffing specifically around these appointments, and we are unable to wait if you arrive late.
If you miss an approved after-hours appointment, a new appointment may need to be scheduled based on staff availability, and additional fees may apply.
Need a Different Time?
If your travel schedule creates a challenge, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to help identify available options.
Our goal is to make the transition into and out of boarding as smooth and low-stress as possible for both you and your cat.
